Originally started as an electronic rap outfit, BTEAM are the the power-house production/DJ duo of JakobSnake and Plaigarhythm. They always had a cohesive and single minded vision, to bring quality music to the public and have the technical ability to match their incredibly high self expectations – no matter what genre and what format.

Their love for house and techno music had continued growing steadily, and spawned the insatiable need to DJ these sounds to people.

Flash-forward to today and they are absolute dance-floor assassins, rooted in Techno and Minimal, they are taking over South Africa with their special brand of “electro” dubbed Maximal or Grindhouse.

Hanna Hais is a pure deep and soulful house DJ teamed with being an top song writer and an amazing vocalist. She is one talented lady!

Hanna was raised on a diet of US Soul Classics and has been singing since childhood. This gave her the foundation and inspiration for her sound.

Her first single “Il parlait pas français”, produced by Larry Heard, was released by French label Distance in 2002. It was a favourite of Laurent Garnier, and one of the first House Music tracks sung in French.

In 2005 Hanna released her first album Rosanova which includes tracks produced by Matthias Heilbronn, Sergio Flores, Ralf Gum, Mikael Delta, Larry Heard and Christof Kardek.

Her next release “Rosanova” was recorded in Vienna with Sergio Flores (formerly 7th District), was a huge hit with many international DJs such as Ben Watt (the track is included on the recent Buzzin Fly compilation), Jamie Lewis, Alain Vinet (Cirque du Soleil), Jonathan Ulysses (Space), Grant Nelson. This single went on to be signed by leading label Defected.

Hanna worked with renowned producer Matthias Heilbronn (Wave, King Street) in New York. Three singles were recorded with the MAW session players, the first release being 'Parfum Chic'.

Hanna has performed her tracks all round the world. If you are looking for a quality deep and soulful DJ/Vocalist then this is your girl.
